OSIRIS is a portable cold storage installation for deceased. Its powerful compressor obtains optimal cooling up to 5-8 degrees.
In some cases or in severe climatic conditions it could be transferred into a freezing cabinet that reaches even a lower temperature only by placing a full or partial coverage on it, thus providing a longer storage of the body.
Its aerodynamic design allows placing of religious attributes/objects onto the front lid. The air pipes surrounding the coffin are equipped with uniformly-cut holes at the bottom, in order to distribute the cold air evenly around the entire body. Textile sleeves can be used in non-standard coffins, while placing the transparent lid onto the coffin would speed up the process of cooling.
The micro-processing temperature control unit provides a fully automated operation of the entire installation. During the automated process of rime removal the water within the drainage flows away in a suitable container.
